Founders Mobile App offers convenient and secure access to your accounts on your iPhone, iPod Touch, or iPad. With this app, you can efficiently manage your finances anytime and anywhere.

• Check your account balances.
• View recent account activity and transactions.
• Transfer money between your Founders accounts.
• Transfer money to other Founders members through Founders Pay.
• Deposit checks with Mobile Deposit.*
• Pay non-Founders members via Popmoney using a mobile number or email address.
• View and pay bills with Founders Bill Pay.
• Locate Founders offices and ATMs using GPS or search criteria.
• View account statements.
• View and redeem CURewards® points.
• Temporarily block and unblock your Founders Debit and Credit Cards.
• Initiate Stop Payment requests.

*Not all accounts are eligible for this service. Only members in good standing with the option to deposit a check within Founders Mobile App are eligible.

Downloading and activating the Founders Mobile App on your smartphone or tablet is simple. Just visit the App Store to download the app directly.

The security of your account information is of utmost importance to us. That's why we have implemented multiple security features in TouchID:

• All transactions are encrypted.
• Authentication is required with every TouchID interaction.
• No personal or financial information is stored on your device.

The application may request permission to access certain functions on your phone in order to enable specific features:

• Location Services - So our app can provide relevant results based on your current location.
• Camera - So you can use the Mobile Deposit feature.
• Contacts - So you can easily select a contact from your device for Popmoney person-to-person payments.

If you encounter errors while trying to log in, please ensure that you have entered the correct login credentials. If you're unsure, use the Passcode or Forgot Username links. If you continue to have issues, try reinstalling the app from your app store. Please note that you will also need a Secure Access Code, which will be sent to you via one of the contact methods we have on file (e.g. phone call, text message, email). Make sure you have immediate access to this code when requesting it.
